NC Region Chapter Activities
This page lists the NC Region’s 14 local Chapters in alphabetical order and provides the information about when and where the Chapters hold their meetings, chapter officers and contacts, and some brief information about Chapter Car shows. Cape Fear Chapter – Wilmington, NC
Cape Fear Chapter Meetings and Activities
A monthly dinner and business meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at a local restaurant. The meeting starts with dinner at 6:30 pm and followed by a short business meeting. Visitors are always welcome and you do not have to own a car to join us. Contact any of the Cape Fear Chapter officers listed below for location and directions to our next meeting.

Cape Fear Chapter Car Show
The first NC Region Car show of the year is held by the Cape Fear Chapter in Wilmington, NC. This is a great way to get your car show season started and visit Wilmington.
- The 2019 Cape Fear local Open Show will be March 2, 2019
- Show is held at Independence Mall, 3500 Oleander Drive, Wilmington NC
- Registration 9:00-11:30AM – Judging begins at 12:00 noon – Awards presentation scheduled for 3:00PM
- This was an open to all AACA classes and Special Interest vehicles, 25 years and older.
- Trophies were awarded for 1st Place, 2nd Place, Driver Participation Class (DPC), and Historical Preservation of Original Features (HPOF)
- Dash Plaques to the first 100 registered.
- Hospitality tent, door prizes, and 50/50 Cash drawing.
- A variety of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the show

Furnitureland Car Show
Funitureland Chapter will host the NC Region Fall meet in Spencer, NC on Saturday Oct. 21, 2019.
The meet will be on the grounds of the NC Transportation Museum in Spencer, NC.
Please join your NC Region friends for this event.

– Highway 29-70-150 just off I85, Exit 79
– AACA Classes only.
– All vehicles must have fire extinguishers.

General Greene Chapter Hosts the NC Region Spring Meet June 15, 2019
General Greene Chapter will once again host the NC Region Spring Meet at Petty’s Garage in Randleman, NC.

The Triangle Chapter holds regular meetings on the third Thursday each month in January thru June.

Triangle Chapter Car Show
