Founder Bill Horton dreamed of forming a local AACA chapter full of car enthusiast. His dream became a reality in 1998 when Three Rivers Chapter of AACA was formed welcoming Rockingham County residents. Bill served as president from 1998-2000 when he passed the tourch onto Paul Gover. Paul remains the current President. The club has grown to 33 members. Three Rivers is commited to helping its community and fellow car enthusiast.
